Part-time HR Generalist/HR Business Partner

We are now looking for a part-time HR Generalist/HRBP for our international client in Uppsala, also during the summer. We offer a stimulating position with nice premises and friendly colleagues, where you will be a valuable and appreciated resource and contribute with your knowledge. The position is a consulting assignment expected to last from April to August, where you will be employed as a consultant by Jurek Talents, or have the opportunity to work as a subcontractor. Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist/HRBP, you will work closely with your HR colleagues and play an important role in supporting both them and the managers in the organization. Your main responsibilities will primarily include:

• Participating in HR projects
• Creating training materials for managers
• Monitoring and responding to inquiries in the HR inbox
• Covering as an HR partner during vacation periods
• Managing HR administration and other relevant HR tasks

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a relevant education in human resources, HR, or a similar field, as well as at least 5-7 years of broad HR experience. You have extensive experience working with collective agreements, and experience in a global organization is highly meritorious. You have excellent communication skills and we are looking for someone who speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English.

As a person, you are solution-oriented and have an excellent ability to organize and collaborate with others. You are a team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with a fast pace while contributing a positive attitude and atmosphere in the team.

You are offered an exciting assignment as an HR Generalist/HRBP in a global organization starting as soon as possible until August, where you will also be needed during vacation periods. The need is part-time with an approximate scope of 50-60%.
